Jumping Rope Exercise


Last saturday, i bought a jumping rope from nearby supermarket. Some people said jump with jumping rope can make you slim! You can exercise your hand, your leg, thigh and hip...all in once.
What you need to do is jumping for 500 times daily! @.@ crazy!!! I tried to jump yesterday after i did my car wash.. i only managed to jump 50 times in total.. Not non-stop. I think i'm only able to jump the most 20 times non-stop..then every 4 times i will stop!
hahaha.. feeling impress with someone who able to jump for so many times. Anyway, i can imagine if i able to jump 500 times daily, most probably i cannot walk next day. Only 50 times, i felt my leg muscle already tighten up... haha...not to mention about 500 times..haha
